Authoring

Whether you are putting together a CD, DVD or Dual Disc, DMA provides top quality replication and duplication services. We offer a full range of services for conversion, compression, encoding and formatting. Contact us and we can help you decide which format is best for your project.

Graphic Design

DMA can also design your graphics for you. Our creative team will produce a custom design, furnish proofs for your approval and coordinate the printing of your materials. We will handle any design needs you might have from promotional materials to websites. Imagine... a totally integrated campaign to launch your new product or service on time and on budget. With over 10 years of experience DMA is extremely familiar with the requirements for optical media. Too often precious time and money is lost when designers, unfamiliar with printing specifications for packaging, supply files that are incorrectly prepared or incomplete. Whether you provide rip ready files or want to start from scratch on a customized design, our professionals will work with you to ensure your graphics make your final product a success.

CD & DVD Replication / Duplication

Printing

The experience DMA has had over the years has enabled us to offer a variety of printing options that will enhance your project. From traditional booklets and inserts, to more elaborate packaging like Digipaks, metal DVD boxes and slider boxes, our print methods will make your project stand out.

· Offset: offers the highest quality printing available on disc. It is a technique in which ink is spread on a metal plate with etched images, then transferred to an intermediary surface, and finally applied to the disc by pressing the disc against the intermediary surface. You get a smooth surface with up to 175 lines per inch of vibrant colour.
· Silk-screen: applies ink to a silk or nylon screen much like a stencil. By using several screens a number of colors may be employed in a single print. With silk-screen printing we can provide you with pantone matching to give you the most control possible for printing your artwork on the disc. You get 120 lines per inch.
· Thermal: uses photorealistic thermal printing at over 170 lines per inch. Other options such as inkjet or paper labels are inferior for disc printing.

From the moment you submit your job to DMA you are in good hands. We have professional graphic designers on hand to pre-flight (double check) your graphics files and prep them for printing. We also offer bar codes for jobs that are destined for retail. The job is not over when you receive your completed CDs or DVDs.
